This policy explains what the SwastikOne website (swastikone.com) collects about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. SwastikOne is a product of Swastik Solutions, Bangalore, India.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or book a demo: your name, company name, email address, phone number, your message, the type of enquiry, any preferred demo date and time, and whether you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted.
Along with each form: the page you sent it from, the time, your IP address and your browser type. We use these to stop spam and abuse.
When you buy a plan online: your business name, name, email address, phone number, state, and GSTIN and partner code if you give them. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Cookies

The website sets one small cookie when you open a form, to check that the form was really sent from our site. It holds no personal information and expires after two hours. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange your demo, or set up the account you bought.
To send you a confirmation that we received your message.
To keep a record of what was asked and when.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored in our database with our hosting provider, and delivered to our team by email. Only people at Swastik Solutions who handle enquiries can see them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted. Write to support@swastikone.com and we will reply within 30 days.
